We have found that maintaining structure in our treatment centers allows for our days here to go smoothly. In addition to assisting with the flow and function of our programs, maintaining a solid structure during the days assists those in recovery with feeling more comfortable. The treatment structure we have created allows people to get the most out of their time.

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast begins at this time every morning and runs for an hour.
  • 8:30 AM – At this time we hold a meditation class. Meditation class allows people to clear their minds and prepare for the rest of the day.
  • 9:15 AM – Nutrition and Physical health coaching occur at this time daily. Learning about physical health enables those in recovery to make good choices for their bodies after leaving our facility.
  • 10:30 AM – Relapse prevention group
  • 12:00 PM – Lunch. We have a wide variety of options to choose from and take dietary restrictions seriously. There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options for those with special dietary needs.
  • 1:00 PM – Individual therapy
  • 2:00 PM –  Music or Art therapy. The person gets to choose between partaking in either music or art therapy.
  • 3:00 PM – Physical Exercise. Physical exercise is important and helps to bring relief during the withdrawal process.
  • 4:00 PM – Group Recovery Meeting
  • 5:00 PM – Dinner
  • 6:00 PM – Evening meditation time. Evening meditation time allows the person to digest what they have processed throughout the day in a healthy way.
  • 7:00 PM – Recreation time. We offer a wide variety of activities to choose from, during this time people are permitted to do what they wish as long as it abides by rules.
  • 10:00 PM – Return to private rooms for sleep. The lights go out at this time, and it is expected that people rest for the next day.
